Acura Vigor Structure

The Vigor whole structure represents the stylish developments in functional pattern and engineering. The plan of the frame and outside panels taked the exercise of Nasa's Nastran Computer-Aided Design procedure. The exercise of this structure allowed the engineers to plan a system with the highest rigidity but at the one second see the whole weight of the vehicle.

The building of the system includes a turn of innovations and engineering features much as the honeycomb floorpan and star. The forward-wheel plan afforded by the long locomotive position has allowed the world of a single first chassis bar plan. The first build track are radiused as they contact the face bulkhead.

This plan imparts full torsional and turning rigidity to the system and too maximizes first shock security by dissipating the mountain over a wider domain and by making the cargo down toward the floorpan. Instead of a traditional brand stamping for the floorpan, the Vigor floorpan uses a 18 mm fat honeycomb sandwich.

It consists of a resin-impregnated honeycomb textile trapped between two layers of zinc-coated brand. This construction imparts enormous power to the floorpan. In gain to maximizing rigidity,the honeycomb textile too serves to halt away disturbance and oscillation. The very conception was used for power in the roof and to trim the disturbance degree in the cabin.

The roof uses a same impregnated resin fabric; and is sandwiched between two layers of resin mat. The honeycomb roof system is but used on models that are non equipped with a sunroof. An other border roof rails structure was planed to maximise the functional rigidity of the roof.

The track firmly ties collectively the six system pillars and serves to support stand torsional forces inflicted on the system much as those encountered when but one bike encounters a hump.

From bare metal body upto the final stage, the Vigor undergoes a careful 23-step, 3-coat/3-bake painting process, which gives gurantee about its smooth and flawless finish.
