Acura Integra Interior
Acura Integra has always been a driver's car. So every part of the vehicle from engine to it's major and minor functional controls are designed specifically to make driving safe, secure, efficient and enjoyable. The interior of Acura Integra was designed such that to provide control to driver and comfort to the passenger with relaxed and keenly environment around the car.
The space for cabin is divided longitudinally to provide a discrete space to driver and front seat passenger. The internal space is created as per the sport car. The cabin and dash sweeps around driver and front passenger provide exceptional space with comfort. For further increased comfort and feel Acura Integra has certain standard equipment like a leather wrapped shifter knob and leather wrapped steering wheel.
The seating arrangement in Acura Integra features support for driver's control and passenger's comfort. The front seats have rake and fore/aft adjustment. For driver's seat there is lumbar adjustment to provide him proper back support. The seat has three different densities of foam which provides appropriate anatomical support for driver's comfortable position. At rear side the rear eats are designed in more comfortable manner to provide passenger comfortable position with angle of cushion and back rake. The rear seats are provided with two 3-point seat belts.
On 1997-1998 models the air condition system is optional but for 200-2001 models the air condition system is standard. The Type R cooling system is efficient and compact. A light weighted aluminum condenser core is used to equip the system which helps to improve corrosion resistance. The system is charged with non CFC refrigerant R134a.
All the models of Integra feature a new AM/FM stereo/CD sound system with six speakers. The instrument panel consists of tachometer, gauges and speedometer for fuel and engine temperature. Also some other instruments like indicator lights for oil pressure, high beams, battery charging, brake status, door ajar indicator, SRS diagnostic check, check engine, low fuel indicator, seat belt indicator, and ABS status check.
