Acura CSX Design

Acura CSX is a luxury, front wheel drive, compact sedan available in two trim levels started at $25,400 for the 5-speed manual transmission touring version. Both the trim levels feature turn signals and a finished twin-tip exhaust combined with the rear view mirrors.

CSX's unique fenders, grille and hood successfully set up a family resemblance between itself and other Acura models such as TSX, CSX, and TL. This gives it a nice and definite Acura look from its front side. The sloped windshield angles contributes the exterior of car's sleek and the taillights are specific at rear.

Other standard features include four wheel disc brakes with anti-locks, automatic climate control system, 16-inch aluminum wheels, six airbags including side curtain airbags, premium cloth upholstery, six speaker audio system with MP3/WMA compatibility and drive-by-wire throttle system. Some extra features like leather trimmed interior with heated front seats, a power moonroof with tilt and sliding shade, high intensity discharge headlamps and a 6-disc DC changer.

In the premium model of Acura CSX a navigation system with Bilingual Voice Recognition is available. The navigation system consist of a digital audio card reader and illuminated steering wheel mounted controls for storing purpose as well as playing back the digital audio files.

Type-S CSX model has exterior unique cues with Type-S badging and a rear wing spoiler shared with LED brake light and fog lights. The interior features are high-contrast stitching and embossed Type-S identified leather trimmed seating, six airbags, metallic finish pedals, and Floor mats embossed as Type-S. The ambient light takes on performance red at night.
